If I could give Andrew 6 stars I would! He was kind, polite, considerate, and intuitive during my car buying experience. He answered all of my questions, anticipated other questions I might have and quickly built a strong rapport with me and my family. I felt like I was in the hands of the best salesman ever. Went today to Mazda north in longwood today no appointment scheduled just spontaneously popped in with the wife and got taken care of right away as always by Jose Ramos. We’ve been going here for roughly 6 years. The staff from the front to even the service department are very polite and always take care of our needs. Go to Jose Ramos he’ll sit you down and give you every last detail possible and answer every question you have! I recommend him 1000%. I stopped at Sport Mazda North on Tuesday afternoon after work without an appointment in hopes to look at a car I had seen online. I was greeted promptly by the sales manager who got a salesman to come out and show me the car. I worked with Julian who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first car buying experience and I had heard many many horror stories from friends and family about the process but Julian made it extremely easy, stress free and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. He was very personable, he answered all of my questions, he wasn't pushy (any more than a salesman needs to be to make a deal) and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the entire process. I ended up purchasing the car and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase. I felt like Julian and the team went above and beyond during and after my buying process. I would certainly recommend Sport Mazda North to friends and family and would use them again in the future.
