Steve & Martin do an excellent job of getting to the root of the problem efficiently while Chrystal & Jordan take care of your needs while it is being serviced. I bought my very first brand new car from Jack Jr. in the 1990’s & I am sure that he would be proud of the fine work that his team is doing today. He never once seemed irritated or made me feel rushed; he made the process really enjoyable. He was super knowledgeable about all the different vehicles I drove. I was really impressed with his ease of professionalism. He had a non-pushy approach that made me feel like he really did care that I found a car I was going to love. The interactions I had with others here were short, but everyone was friendly and no one made me feel like they only cared about winning my business.
