As honest as a dealership can be! My sales guy Arturo was nice, and helpful! General manager/owner was willing to work with my numbers to make a sale, appreciate that! Chapman Mazda was great to work with. Jeremy Tippett (salesman) was the best and easiest person to work with. We had to ride a bus to Sky Harbor bus stop and Jeremy came and picked us up and drove us to the dealership to purchase the car we had selected. Everything went so smooth.
