2025 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

We recently had a GREAT experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola. My wife had been shopping for a vehicle for two years while watching the market and waiting for adjusted VA benefit processes to finish. We completely found the exact vehicle she wanted on their website. We contacted the dealership spoke to a salesman named Quinton and the sales manager. They took a few minutes to assemble an out-the-door report and gave us an exact price. We got pre-approved through USAA. When we arrived at the dealership, they said that with our credit score, they could beat our APR and we gave them permission to try and sure enough, they got us a rate that was over 2 points lower! Before we drove off, they gave us a full tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service manager. She was VERY familiar with the vehicle which was great because this was our first Mazda. She ran down several features that were different than what we were used to. We loved it! We left feeling confident in our decision to purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in this area!

Nice, friendly staff and great customer service. They provide free oil change on our 1st oil change which is helpful and appreciated. They also keep you updated with videos and communication throughout the service process. Love it! I'm also glad they take pictures of our vehicles before working on it for the protection of both the customer and shop. There were scratches on my vehicle after they were done. They verified with the pictures taken that the scratches were not there prior to the work performed. They assured me they would take care of it. I appreciate great customer service and satisfaction.
