Reviewing the service department: We were from out of town and about 3 hours from home. Were having some brake issues and were hoping to get them fixed in the very very limited time we had. My wife went to the dealership with the car with no appointment. She was seen promptly, and with great courtesy. Everyone was super nice and friendly to her. She was in and out in almost no time and the charge was entirely fair. We would actually consider driving all the way out to this dealership to buy a car....that his nice everyone was. Great experience! Service department went above and beyond to get me the best price for a fix I needed to pass inspection. I had been given an over inflated quote at another well known place, but Travis worked with me. Tammy also helped ! The fairness and honesty I experienced at Muncy Mazda won’t be forgotten.
