Their staff is not only friendly and transparent however, also highly skilled and knowledgeable. Grant, Rob, Cari, and Joe and Keith in service always find a way from routine maintenance to complex repairs (Mazdas rarely have them), to accommodate and consistently provided reliable and efficient service. We needed something very complex done to one of our vehicles and did not have an appointment. "On the fly" with out notice they pulled through as always and found a way to fit it in there schedule and provided us with a loaner vehicle. Great car buying experience! Sales and finance team were accommodating and efficient. They also let me work on my laptop from the floor while they did paperwork. Real happy with the CX-50 Turbo so far and super pleased the Thule medium box fits in garage (full clearance) on Thule rails. The intelligent design throughout this vehicle continues to impress!

I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX5 in March and the car has met or exceeded my expectations. Conor Bach was my salesman and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He made the buying process almost seamless. It is our 2nd CX5 purchased from this location and we still have the first one bought in 2017. The service department recommends scheduled maintenance but does not pressure you. I would buy another vehicle here and recommend BOMMARITO Mazda in Ellisville to anyone.
