Very helpful and accommodating. I got my Mazda3 sedan from them in January and it didn’t have remote start for some reason. Bright bay Mazda was diligent in trying to find a solution. It took a while which wasn’t their fault, and they even gave me loaner cars to use while I was waiting for the unit to be installed. Their mechanic, Steven was very friendly and dedicated to solving the issue with my car. Everyone at the front desk of service was professional and welcoming the entire time. I will be getting my next car from this dealership.
