2026 Mazda CX-90 Turbo Preferred Package

I run a rental company in Franklin, WI and have been purchasing vehicles from Greenfield Mazda since 2020. I currently have four vehicles from this dealership, with plans to add a fifth. I must say, Mazda is a fantastic brand, and the sales and service department at Greenfield Mazda are truly exceptional. ???? The service department goes above and beyond by sending real-time videos that showcase important details like tire tread and brake life. This proactive approach helps me ensure that my vehicles are in top condition for every trip. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chauncey, Max and Anthony there. All very friendly and informative. I truly appreciate their team ???? As for the sales department, they are truly outstanding. Every staff member is not only knowledgeable but also pleasant to work with. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Jason, Kelly, Adam, AJ, Ethan, and many others who have provided exceptional service. ???? We had an overall good experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. They did the hard sell on warranties and bundled unnecessary stuff by default, so be vigilant. Our salesperson was great and very helpful and respected our firm "no" answers. The finance person less so. I just stopped answering his questions and he got the point. The experience definitely met my expectations when it comes to buying a car, both positive and negative.

Overall I had a positive experience with the folks at Russ Darrow Mazda. The test drive went smooth, the process of finding the vehicle I wanted and having it relocated to their location was fast, and my sales rep was knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get me the deal I needed. My only gripe was there was an error with my paperwork, so after an already lengthy process, I had to come back in and sit through it again, further extending my time there. But to their credit, they caught it right before I left so there wasn’t an inconvenience of having to travel all the way back to the dealership. Overall, I was happy and now I have my new vehicle.
