When I arrived at the service center, Richard was great from start to finish especially in his communication from discussing the issues I was experiencing, providing detailed explanations especially with the if, then type of scenarios, providing options, and following up. Vanessa was very helpful arranging Lyft rides due to dealer policy on distance customers can travel. Very happy with the service here and I'll be back for my next service!
