We made an appointment with a salesman but he was still with another customer when we arrived. So, Alan ended up being our first impression; setting a positive tone from the start. It seemed like that positive experience wouldn’t last when we were sent back to our original salesman. DJ was awesome! Never felt pressured. However, he did attend to all our needs, and he listened, and he got us a deal that made us drive out with a new Mazda C5 carbon for my daughter. The whole team was excellent, to be honest. The financing manager was very informative with all our options, and he never tried to get us into something less than what she deserved. The experience was very well, Stock there is somewhat limited, however, I'm poetry sure they wouldn't have a problem getting what you need, because they were looking at stock on their computer and almost all our desires were available within a day. This was the 2nd vehicle I’ve bought from a Horne dealership. The sales person was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I didn’t get any of the usual pressure tactics from the sales person or the manager.
