Great experience with Mazda of Ft. Myers! It was a true team effort by a group of passionate people pleasers. We were greeted right away and wound up in the very capable hands of Victoria Munoz. She really knew the features of the vehicles, had a very positive and pleasant demeanor, and demonstrated a true desire to ensure we left happy and satisfied. And that we did! The GM introduced me to a color combination I fell in love with and brought my spouse pizza because we hadn’t eaten all day while Rodrigo worked a deal that we were quite pleased with. Everyone was so helpful! All my questions were answered and the whole process was very smooth. I felt heard and everyone seemed happy to help. Shane did most of the heavy lifting of the whole process and I left only a few hours later with a new car.

Our daughter bought her first car today. She's a college student and works part time. We went in today and met with the salesman Matt Morano and Chris in financing. I would say this has probably been one of the easiest and for once enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Matt was super helpful making sure we found the right car for her and wasn't ever pushy. He check all the vehicle history for us to make sure we were putting her in a safe and well maintained car. Chris took the time to make sure all the numbers work for her before running her credit, considered being on a budget, and even made sure she could get the warranty and maintenance package in with her deal.
