We had the most wonderful experience buying here! After 2 days of car shopping, 6 different dealerships and 10 test drives, we finished up at Hiley Mazda in Hurst. Clay was by far the most professional sales consultant we encountered and he made us feel very comfortable with the buying experience. He was very informative on the vehicle and all of the options available. He was also very prompt in answering any messages I sent his way. Financing was streamlined and very efficient. Mazda has always been my brand of preference when buying a vehicle. I have driven a Mazda since 1994, straight out high school. The most reliable cars with excellent engines, amazing performance and classy luxury type interiors. I’ve been a customer of Hiley Mazda since 2011 and I won’t go to another dealership. They are a great team with an amazing Sales Team that sell you quality. Ray allowed us to test drive our car of choice and was very knowledgeable of all the great features. He patiently waited for us to return 3 months later to make our purchase. Tim helped us make our final decision and also was very knowledgeable with the brand, quality and features. The Finance Team was also so helpful every step of the way! The big and little things matter when making a vehicle purchase. So thankful for a pleasant and professional team assisting me and now my children with their vehicle of choice. I have three adult sons who all own Mazdas. We are a true loyal Mazda family!
