Ty at Quality Mazda was efficient and professional but also very welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even made sure our two boys were comfortable and had everything they needed. We came prepared to spend the whole day at the dealership but left within 2 hours. The staff was fast and thorough and answered any questions we had. My oil change was done correctly and the staff very nice approachable and respectful. Which is hard to get now a days as far as customer service is concerned. I'm a little thrown back that the technician did not reset my notification center it still says I'm past due for service and they recommended changing my back windshield wiper but didn't bother to check the front windshield which is the ones I do need replaced. Over all I've been doing service with Quality for a long time and I'm satisfied. Sure wish they would of reset my service due but I'll go back when I get the chance.
I Love to come to Quality Mazda. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean with beverages and a comfy waiting area if getting service.
