I would like to start off by thanking Dominic Chang, VIP Program Manager and Internet Manager at Putnam Mazda. A fellow car enthusiast and rotary aficionado, we hit it off right away. He worked with me to get me the deal I wanted on my new Mazda and was quite simply a pleasure to meet and deal with. He even offered to pick me up from the airport (both San Fran and San Jose) since I had to fly in from Los Angeles to pickup my car. How awesome is that?! The entire deal from start to finish was stress free and completely free of games that many dealerships like to play with customers. If more dealerships were honest like this we’d be better off and potential buyers would be less weary. Even when I got into financing and I was introduced to Kyle, Putnam Mazda’s Finance Manager the good experience continued. He was patient and honest while I asked all of my questions and looked over the numbers which is oftentimes not the case. It was just an overall great environment and seemed like a great place to both work and buy from. While I can’t speak for their service department being that I love I Los Angeles, I can say wholeheartedly that from the buying end the people and dealership are awesome at this Mazda store. I highly recommend Putnam Mazda if you’re looking for a new Mazda. Drop in and ask for Dominic Chang and I’m confident you’ll have a great buying experience just like I did! If you want to buy a Mazda, go to Putnam Mazda and ask for Vasily or Will. They are both great people to work with when buying a car. We initially were working with Will when we began looking at different Mazda models. He was informative and not pushy or aggressive in selling us a car. We were in our first phase of just trying to figure out what kind of car we should get and Will still took the time to go through the different cars. When we decided to test drive we went back to Putnam Mazda but Will wasn’t working that day and Vasily came out to help us. We told him that we have been working with Will but he said it was not a problem and took the time to help us. We test drove 4 cars that day with Vasily! He was very detailed and informative of the cars we test drove to make sure the car would fit our needs and that it was perfect for us even though we weren’t ready to purchase a car that day. This is what we would call a perfect salesman. We can’t say enough positive things about these two gentlemen. We can guarantee you will have a positive experience working with them.
