It was my first time servicing my car at New Century Mazda & overall I had a wonderful experience. Jerry and Isaiah had excellent customer service. They were both helpful and friendly. I felt a warm welcome despite the cold and rainy weather. I really appreciated Jerry taking the time to check my maintenance policy and ensuring that I still had coverage.
