Called service this or morning to try to get in without an appointment as my Mazda battery was dead and only 2 years old. They took me in right away and tested the battery to find it had a dead cell and promptly replaced it under warranty. Juan was very helpful and polite. I've only been to this shop twice but both experiences have been very positive!
