2026 Mazda CX-5 S Select Auto AWD

We would like to thank the GM Nick Balanos for his support on Saturday morning. My wife and I were just starting our day of driving 550 miles home. In our CX-5, we had an unavoidable collision with a Yeti cooler on the highway 2 miles away. We decided to have the Mazda service team assess the damage but they were closed. Nick rolled up his sleeves and got his hands dirty to help us assess if the car was okay enough to get home. We weren’t sure if our radiator was damaged but after some discussion we agreed with his opinion and made it home. Thank you again to Nick for his help and support! BTW, Nick the plastic in the wheel well got ripped off about 40 miles after we left. Nothing serious but the duct tape might have made a difference :)
