I had a great experience with Paula McLaughlin and Capitol City Mazda/Imports. Paula was a genuinely lovely surprise. I actually respected how she handled selling us a car. Our deal included a trade in and our ruling out another make vehicle at another dealership and multiple days of test drives and visits. She waited for us to communicate, answered all our questions and actually made it fun. There was no pressure or pushing. She was respectful, transparent, straightforward and friendly. We feel good about the trade in value we got and we love the new to us car we ended up choosing. I made my first service appt. to get the new car undercoated at purchase and I was impressed with how they handle their service offerings, as well. We'll have a loaner for the service day and their waiting area is comfy and comes with free beverages, coffee and snacks. The dealership overall has a nice vibe. Big recommend.
