We live two hours away and were interested in a car that was getting a lot of attention. Matt, who I have never met before, was willing to stick his neck out and hold the car for me on a promise I would come in towards the end of the business day to purchase the car. They are very personable and they make purchasing a car fun. UpdateThe vehicle developed a squeak not long after getting it home. I called Matt and he arranged for the vehicle to be seen. Ended up being brakes. They replaced the brakes at no charge even though I am quite sure they are a wear item. Absolutely would recommend.
