I purchased my first Mazda a year ago. I couldn't ask for a better experience, from the sales department to the trade in process and the service department, everyone was kind and respectful! I have put almost 19,000 miles on my car in a year with no problems . My only regret is that the Mazda 6 was discontinued. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Daytona Mazda in the future!
I have worked with many dealerships over the last 20yrs. I would say Daytona Mazda is by far the best dealership I have been able to deal with! Carlos Cat and the GM were all top notch people with the best customer care and service anyone could ask for! If you are looking go see them!
Everything was handled professionally and efficiently by Chris. Kayla, my mechanic, sent me a very informative and detailed video of my car. The oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly. It was very nice not having to spend my morning waiting. Definitely will use this service department again. Well worth the time not having to wait long.
