Last month my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jack Payne and Hana Choi (GM) at Oxmoor Hyundai who made our car purchase a pleasant one. We came in on a Wednesday night around 6 and was finished by 7:15. Although we didn't deal with financing, the process went a lot smoother and faster than expected.
