2026 Mazda CX-5 S Select Auto AWD

I consider myself a car guy by nature, have worked in dealerships before in various roles, and have purchased several vehicles for myself and family in my life. That being said, I drove over 400 miles to this dealership for the deal they made on my new Miata. That alone should tell you the the willingness of this dealer to make a good deal for everyone, not just themselves. The staff seems to have a team service philosophy. Milton and his manager Tyler, took the time to negotiate and solidify all of the numbers that mattered in the deal before I ever left my home. After driving for over 6hrs straight, I received none of the usual underhanded car sales tactics of "oh we forgot to mention this or that", thus changing the price, or "the payment we quoted was estimated and can change once in the financing room". I had a great experience, got everything signed as previously agreed, and was in and out and on my way back home within an hour. Thank you Freddy in finance for not trying to hard sell me on products I didn't feel I needed. LITERALLY THE FASTEST CAR DEAL EVER. It really doesn't matter where in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, or Louisiana you are, this is one shop that is worth the drive to. I challenge everyone looking for a new Mazda to find the best deal you can locally, or anywhere, then see what this dealer will do for you. You will be pleasantly surprised, and may end up taking a day or two for a road trip.

DJ in sales was excellent — professional, communicative, and great to work with from start to finish. The GM also handled the negotiation directly and was great throughout. At signing, the finance department attempted to raise the agreed?upon financed amount by nearly $500 due to an internal mistake. Once addressed, the GM immediately honored the original deal, and I appreciate that integrity. The only drawback was the finance experience, where the attempt to shift their error onto me — followed by a guilt?trip — created unnecessary friction at the end of an otherwise smooth process. Very happy with the vehicle, and I highly recommend working with DJ. Just review the finance paperwork carefully.

Customer service was great in the service department. However I went for a oil change and tire rotation. When they brought the car back to me they hadn't rotated the tires. They took it back and did the tires. I was not pleased with the technician.
