2026 Mazda CX-5 S Select Auto AWD

Purchased a new car yesterday. I don’t have much experience but at dealerships, but this was a great one. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I didn’t feel pushed into anything or taken advantage of as their prices are very reasonable. My salesman Matthew P. was great and actually helped me get a lower APR than my original bank offered. The tall man with glasses ( I didn’t get his name) in finance was really nice and helpful as well. Definitely not the stereotypical dealership experience. I will be referring friends and family for sure! Thanks again Stokes Mazda!

5-Star dealership all the way. We purchased our leased vehicle at Stokes Mazda in North Charleston today and the process couldn't have been smoother. Michael Gregory, the sales manager, is the best I have ever encountered. Micheal is such a gracious, very accommodating person, who coordinated everything for us and made the entire transaction seamless. There were no surprises, everything was as explained it would be when we spoke on the phone. Although we arrived over 30 minutes early, we were not made to wait and were quickly ushered to a private office and made comfortable while they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. Chad Bowers, sales consultant was great in helping explain and execute the additional paperwork, and Dan Wiggins, finance manager wrapped things up with the rest of the paperwork, explaining some great service and tire packages available. We were very, very well taken care of. Not only is the dealership beautifully renovated (and of course, the cars are beautiful), but this dealership provides 5-star service from the minute you walk through the door. If you're in the market for a car, add Stokes Mazda in North Charleston to your shortlist, not only for the cars but for the people and service. They'll take great care of you. It's the best dealership experience we've ever had and consequently where we'll return to buy our next car. Highly recommend.
