Go see Mick! A smooth, easy purchase! Remarkable follow through on service, parts, keys. Promises made, promises kept. I am very happy with the trustworthiness of this dealership and its staff. Customer service is a high priority here and it shows! Plus, my car is beautiful and has tons of fun features!

When I called to see when I could take my car in because it was driving funny and was told to be there at 1000 Saturday morning I told him my husband said he thought it was the tow in. I had to wait until he stopped talking to one before me about his dogs getting out and all the cameras he has to check on dogs. She kept offering to go get the one he found where it was, he kept saying "No" and looking at phone. When I handed over my keys, I again mentioned the tow in. The "mechanic" drove it and agreed there was an issue but wasn't sure what problem was. I was put in a rental car and left mine. No contact Monday. I called Tuesday and they had obviously done nothing to diagnose problem since Saturday. I could tell by the vague, non-specific answers They started looking again and guess what, the tow in and alignment were off. He "recommended" new tires, all 4, even though back 2 were maybe 18 months old and not Toyo brand. I gave them $99.99 for an alignment with 2 tires heavily worn down on one side each. The next day, I went to my tire shop and got 2 new ones and another alignment. The maturity level, knowledge of vehicles and how they work has gone way down.
