Let me start by saying that my experience with Greg from the Mazda New Rochelle location was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made me feel comfortable right away. Greg was patient and never pushy, allowing me to take my time and make an informed decision. Now, let's talk about Ana, the finance representative. She was an absolute gem to work with. Ana made the financing process smooth and stress-free. She patiently explained all the options available to me and helped me navigate through the paperwork. Her attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that I understood every aspect of the financing agreement. Ana was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. She worked diligently to secure the best financing terms for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Overall, my experience with both Greg and Ana was exceptional. Had a pretty good experience at this Mazda. Came in for a basic oil and filter change I was able to smoothly use my prepaid maintenance without being asked 10 million questions like other dealerships. Wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes which is not bad considering they give you a complimentary inspection as well as; coffee, tea and water in the waiting area. Chris assisted me in through this process he was very attentive and friendly and even went over the inspection with me. Overall I will be returning for future maintenance.

10/10 service. One sales rep Gregg was the one who helped me and was truly a blessing. He was calm patient no to pushy and he didn’t treat me any different due to race age or appearance. I drove off in a new Mazda Cx-5. All of the requirements were met here.
