I wanted to trade in my car for a better vehicle. I met Stef and he guided me and gave me advice about the whole trade process. We test-drove some cars to help me decide what vehicle I wanted to buy. After I bought the car I realized it wasn't the car I wanted so I came back and spoke to Kevin the manager and he was willing to work with me to help exchange a different car that I like. Kevin and the rest of the staff were professional in how they handled the situation. They made sure I was getting the right vehicle that was best for me. I also appreciate the confidence they have. The staff are friendly and it makes me comfortable visiting the dealership.
