Thus far this has been the best transaction ever in purchasing a new car/SUV. Both my husband and I really appreciated the 2 salesmen that we worked with. Adam took over for the in person, detailed portion of things. He tolerated our old people jokes with much grace! We traded in a Nissan. I was carrying a box of ‘stuff’ that somehow accumulates in vehicles, & was carrying said box when a detail member of Nelson Mazda noticed. We had no interaction with this young gentleman before this—-but he was super quick to offer assistance. I found that behavior extremely impressive! This signified to me the atmosphere of this dealership. One of teamwork and healthy good will. We love our new CX 50 & pray to do so for the next few years. Absolute efficiency and knowledge across the board. Every employee was beyond helpful and accommodating, especially our sales rep Dylan.
