Everyone in the service department was super helpful and very friendly. By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership from any brand of vehicle. Madi was especially helpful in explaining things thoroughly and also so was the person inspecting the car who gave an honest detailed report of items that need to be repaired and also separating the discretionary ones and one that was a legitimate safety concern. It's nice to find an honest, professional, reasonably priced dealership. I'll be taking my Mazda there for now on. And to top it off, they even threw in a courtesy wash and vacuum after they performed the issues that needed addressing. I was even able to pick up my car the same day and everything was on time and scheduling was as I was told with no discrepancies.
