This was the first time having our recently purchased Mazda serviced and is the first car we have purchased from Roush Automotive but so far the purchase and servicing have been good experiences. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable in sales and service. The work was done in a timely manner. There was a little confusion on what services we wanted but Scott was cordial when I discussed it with him and offered to give us a free service on the next visit to offset the cost. It was nothing major and is being taken care of which is the important thing.
