I have never in my life been into a service department of a dealership that runs like a fine oiled machine. I love the set up with the bright spacious stations for each staff member. From the moment you walk in they take care of you with extreme care and compassion with you're vehicle. Customer service has gone out the door in so many places of buisness. But they set the bar high for Superior customer service. They handled everything with my warranty for a new transmission and beyond repairs. Ally is a super star. She made sure to constantly keep me updated via email keeping a constant line of communication open. Not once did I feel defeated or like I was a burden for my questions or concerns. They made sure I had a rental car for the entire time my truck was in their care, not leaving me stranded to figure it out. I highly recommend all vehicle purchase and maintenance and repairs to everyone, be done at Ken Fowler in ukiah.
This was our second vehicle purchase in four months from Ken Fowler Motors, so that must say something. Everything went as planned, our service manager greeted us by name when we arrived, and reviewed the services I had requested. Our vehicle was ready after the estimated service time, and service manager reviewed the 24-point inspection, advising us of two issues they found, and estimates for those future repairs. We were pleased with the professionalism shown, and wouldn't hesitate to use Ken Fowler GMC service again in the future.
