2026 Mazda CX-5 S Preferred Auto AWD

I was visiting my son in Pismo Beach from Bakersfield, and my car broke down. After two days of trying to diagnose it, we had it towed to the Santa Maria Mazda dealership, where they went above and beyond to help me. After diagnosing it, they immediately fixed the problem. I love that they sent me a video of the mechanic explaining step-by-step what was wrong with it. Thank you so much Luis and Hugo for top-notch customer service and our mechanic who was so awesome! No one here is trying to deceive you and sell what you do not need. Maximum customer focus. We found here the best deal on the model and level that we wanted. The car dealership has a very friendly atmosphere, a lot of convenient offers, and options for customers. We just didn’t expect that after our negative experience, we would be able to find a car dealership where that cares about the client, and not just about selling cars at the most expensive price.

Great service. Clean, efficient, professional. I love the video depicting what was done to my car. What a great idea. Dropped off at home then picked up later to obtain my car. They even rubbed out some scratches on the tailgate.
