2026 Mazda CX-5 S Preferred Auto AWD

Wonderful experience. Large dealership that had the elusive Mazda hatchback manual on site. Drove up to Cleveland to test drive it and met with Mike Venditti. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. Half an hour later I bought it. Drove back up there a couple of days later to sign the paperwork, and an hour later I was done. Every I met there was very friendly and nice. The process, as always with Mazda, was quick and easy. They even gave me a fair price for my trade in that they had to tow. Very pleased.

I was under the gun because my former Mazda was unexpectedly totaled. Josh was brilliant and helped me through the process, finding me the car I wanted in no time. First time I bought a car within the hour. Finance guy was not high pressure as the last person was. I’m a fan!

The service manager Austin is was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure to answer all of the questions me and my wife had with our new vehicle and helped order new accessories we needed. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. 10/10
