2026 Mazda CX-5 S Preferred Auto AWD

Had a great experience buying a car at this dealership and found they went above and beyond to get us in our new vehicle under difficult schedule and time restraints. Love my new car, and appreciate the honest and straightforward approach to doing business. I don't know what to say about Jack Giambalvo Mazda except they are the best. My wife bought a car from jack Giambalvo Mazda/Hyundai before they split the dealership. We had Robb Dorf as our salesman and he was the best ever. he actually stayed on a Friday night with us to help us move everything from our old car to the new car. His service was awesome and he gave us a great deal. Then a few years later I needed a car and I had decided that I was coming to Jack Giambalvo Mazda as Robb was working there. He had surgery on his foot and he still followed me over to the Hyundai dealership to look at a used car. I also test drove a Mazda CX-30 and loved it, but with what they were giving me for my trade-in was not enough for me to swing the payments. I was going over to the Hyundai dealership to look at a Kona. I get a call from Robb that there are going to give me more for my trade-in and I was able to get the CX-30. This was not long after Covid so they did not have a huge selection of new cars, but Robb was bale to help me get something that worked for me. He is the best salesman. Not pushy at all and really cares about his customers to the point where we have become friends. Thank you Robb and Jack Giamblavo Mazda for all of your help.

Robb and the staff at Jack Giambalvo Mazda made the purchasing process simple and efficient for me since i was located out of state. I managed to find the vehicle I was looking for that was traded in days earlier, and Robb went above and beyond, responding to any request or question I had. They streamlined the paperwork process and I was at the dealership for only over an hour total! I had one minor hiccup after the purchase and Robb was able to take care of it.
