This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership (and I’ve had quite a few!) Antonio was very professional while also ensuring our experience was unique to us by treating us very personable with no pressure to make any decisions. Antonio was more than happy to show us different models and find which one suited our financial and personal needs! His manager Sergio, was also a pleasure to work with and was very straight forward with our options and worked hard to ensure we left with a smile. And we definitely did! Billy was great! He was incredibly knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and patiently worked with me for 4 hours while I selected the right car for me. I felt like we were just being friends and going for a drive the whole time whole he answered my questions and showed me vehicles I wanted to see. I honestly thought Chris was selling me the car the whole time but turns out he was the Sales Manager. Not even that it was high pressure or anything, it was more just his bouncy personality. They really just made me feel right at home and like they wanted to provide me with the best car for me at the best price they could provide. They understood my situation. I would repeat this experience 100x and am already telling my friends and family about it. We have always been a Toyota family and I liked that Mazda was Japanese as well. I've wanted an SUV for a while but honestly didn't want to or need to buy a car, I was basically shopping because of pressures from my family. Now I can drive around freely, with no constraints, and it even has all the bells and whistles (more than I expected, however from my homework, I knew this was going to be THE ONE). I got a CX-90. The advanced safey technology, hybrid boost, and Bose speakers were a nice touch. This was nothing like anything I've ever experienced shopping around before or even when I purchased my last vehicle, that was probably one of the worst experiences and decisions I'd made in my life. I feel like I got my dream SUV at a fair price and this new car rush I'm still having made it all worth it. I will probably never not say hello to Billy and Chris when I go into Mazda and I feel like both of them have my back if I need anything in the future. Happy to be part of the Mazda family!

I really enjoyed getting my car maintenance done, this Time was especially wonderful, at Cardinal way Mazda! My service man Nick and Brett the sales man and Chris the sales manager were all extremely warm, and great fun to talk with!!! It felt like going home again!!!
