Purchased a car here last week and had a very positive experience, A+ would recommend to family/friends. Extremely happy with the car we ended up in as well. Branden the salesperson greeted us right away, very helpful, got us into test drives quickly, low pressure and informative. Blake the sales manager, and Kevin in finance were all great to work with. From start to finish the whole team was great, the cars awesome, and the next time we need a vehicle this is where we’ll be going!
One of the better car buying experiences we have had. However, the pressure to buy extended warranties was not appreciated, especially since it was quite clear that we don't live anywhere near a Mazda dealer. Besides I find all extended warranties to be a rip-off. You don't need it if it is a good quality product. It has only been a couple of weeks, so I can't say anything about the quality of the car. The Android auto system is quite complex and difficult to figure out. Instead of spending all that time on the extended warranty, they could have spent time connecting our phones and demonstrating the Android Auto. Be aware that it does not come with Sirius Radio, which is very inconvenient. You have to use it through your phone. This is another thing I wish we knew before the purchase.
