I woke up this morning wondering if it had been all a dream , but I'm proud to say I'm a new owner of a 2024 mazda cx5 and Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville has delivered above and beyond expectations! With a no sales pressure enviorment, extremely friendly and profesional staff, I felt welcomed and cared for, instead of preyed upon like the typical dealer. Everyone seemed personable and approachable. From the intial introduction, through every step of the process and even to the final handshake farewell, Shawn Feldman the manager went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, quickly easing my anxiety. Dale Karolczak was sweet and very helpful setting me up with the mazda app. He also explained the infotainment system, giving useful tips along the way. We negociated a fair price over email, which remained accurate during signing. No bait and switch! Besides staying true to the deal, they also didn't push all the extra warrenties, etc. They briefly made the offer so as to extend the opportunity to everyone, but I declined and he didn't push back or make me feel like I should reconsider. They were also flexible on the deposit as I was able to pay via cash and debit. Honestly, my best experience ever buying a car. Very smooth and painless. Then completely unexpected, they offered a parting gift and a complementary coupon for my first oil change. Dale was kind enough to load it in while I wondered if the gift would fit in the cx5 cargo, but as if made for each other, the liftgate closed with a perfect fit. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market. I will definitely be returning to buy again after my daughter inherits this car for college in a few years. Until then, zoom zoom !
