I purchased my Used CX-5 completely online and had a really good experience. I live in NJ so this was considered an out of state purchase as well. I had the option to see the car prior to finalizing the deal but since I am not from the area I went along with finalizing the deal. However this just shows that although you start your purchase online, this dealership is very fair with their pricing and isn’t pushy at all and gives you a chance to back out if anything isn’t up to your standards prior to finalizing the deal. I worked with Salesperson Cameron and Online Sales Manager Lillie. Both were very professional and very knowledgeable. Although I had to wait a few days for paperwork to get processed and mailed to me and then mailed back to the dealership, overall the entire process was thoroughly explained and was very easy. I highly recommend Romano Mazda for your next purchase whether it’s a new or used car.
