A) Absolutely No pressure, (to the point of encouraging me to sleep on the deal) B) Test drive to your hearts content (They trusted and encouraged me to drive as many cars as they had, basically as long as I felt I needed to) C) They are proud of their product. (Less than five minutes after stepping on to the lot, Kyle was grabbing keys). Let’s be honest, dear reader; you can go to any random parking lot and “look” at cars. What you really want to do is open the door and sit in the thing. I’m 1000% certain Kyle would’ve been totally okay with running back and forth between the key safe and the lot, feeding me keys all day. I decided I wanted to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Five minutes later, Kyle and I are cruising in a Crosstrek (He’s a sales rep for Subaru as well)! D) They worked diligently to find the exact car I was looking for E) They genuinely wanted me to be happy and excited with my new car F) The entire sales team has the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendliness, kindness, excitement, knowledge trust and pride for their product G) Extra special shout-out to my new CX-5 twinsie, Courtney, who handled ALL the financial, warranty, titling and registration stuff with ease. Just purchased a 2024 MX5 Club. Live in Seattle, called them up, they (Derek G, who is a very friendly sales manager) placed the custom order for me online to my liking and worked we me on a fair price - I didnt have to make the trip up there. Once the car arrived they sent me a credit app at home, so when I went there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive off with the beautiful car on a sunny Sunday evening. Derek kindly showed me the Mazda connect app and gave me a few infotainment tips and tricks that helped speed things up! 10/10 experience. Make sure to enjoy Chukanut drive on your way out with your new car - I did and it was terrific
