Beau Perry assisted my husband and I in our purchase of the CX90 PHEV a couple weeks ago. I inquired about the vehicle through the website, and Beau quickly responded via voicemail and text. I requested a detailed list of the vehicle's features and he emailed me the link that had all the features itemized. The website showed a different color vehicle and Beau took it upon himself to take photos of the actual vehicle and sent them to me. I had emailed Beau late Friday morning that my husband and I would be in later that afternoon to check the vehicle out. It wasn't until after we drove the vehicle home that I noticed he had emailed me back saying he was leaving early that day to pick his kids up. For some reason the email went into my junk mail folder. Knowing now that Beau had to pick his kids up, but stayed with us to finish the deal, made us appreciate him even more. He did not have to stay, but he did. Beau made the process easy for us. We had to pick up our kids as well, so the process of getting the car detailed and cleaned was a bit rushed. So much so that we didn't even give the car one final look before driving off. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed some scratches on the roof and the hood of the car. I notified Beau of these scratches and he said to bring it in and they'll take care of it. I took the vehicle in a few days later and they were done in 30 minutes, but upon inspection I noticed some questionable marks still. They took it back in to buff out the scratches and another 30 minutes later, all was good. Beau was not only helpful, but he was kind and patient. We will be recommending Beau to our family and friends in the market for a Mazda. Thank you Beau!
This was a great car buying experience. Mark LoPriore was amazing! We knew the car we wanted, so it was a relatively easy sale. But, he helped us with all the purchase details. We added a few items to our new car and when I picked it up, he was just as helpful and gracious as when we purchased the car. I will be going back to Lee Johnson for all my service needs on my new car and know who I will be contacting if I ever need anything Mazda related!
Dee was fantastic. Great sales person. Exceptional customer service. I would recommend anybody to go visit him. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt good about buying a Mazda and was impressed with all the safety features. Dee was the absolute best!! He made the process easy for me. I didn't feel the normal pressure or anxiety that can come when dealing with sales & making a large purchase. 10/10 experience!
