My husband did a lot of research on a new car for me, and found some of the best deals on what we were looking for at Autobarn. Jason Harris was our rep, and he did a wonderful job, answering questions and helping us negotiate the best deal. After the sale was done and we were ready to pick up our new car, he went through all the features and and showed us how to connect car play, and what all the knobs and button’s functions were. He took an extra half hour with us, AFTER the sale was complete! I think that’s the most I’ve ever learned about a car I just purchased. We were very happy with his help, definitely would recommend him!!

He was extremely attentive to our needs, very patient, and sincere. He was knowledgeable about the car and was able to address all of our concerns, this made our experience very enjoyable. Finally we dealt with Chris in Finance. He also was great to work with. He was very detailed and extremely familiar with the extended warranty plans, which we absolutely went with, as they made complete sense. Once we got the car home, we did run into a small concern which I communicated to Dan (the GM). He listened to my concern and addressed it to my satisfaction without hesitation.
