2026 Mazda CX-5 S Premium Plus Auto AWD

This was my first time buying a new car and they were so patient and friendly. They were more than happy to answer any questions (even the same one multiple times when I was deliberating on choices). I also liked how they were honest and personable. It didn't feel like I was buying from a dealer, they made me feel like I was buying from a friend and that made my decision a lot more reassuring.

i came down here all the way from western massachusetts hoping to find a new car. my hand me down car had reached the end of its life time and as a first time buyer, i was intimidated about getting a new one. however, my dad found a used jeep here that had great mileage and a great price, so he called to inquire and we went down to see it. when we arrived, Lynzee was there ready to help me make sure this was the right car for me, and showed me all the features when i test drove. i knew this was the car for me, and she helped make all the paperwork and the process easy for me to understand. she even made bringing my old car as a trade in easy. a week later i picked up my 2017 jeep charokee and she was really excited for me and made sure everything was ready when i arrived. i drove off the lot with my new car and felt good about it. even a couple weeks after, Lynzee reached out to me personally to ask how i was liking my new car. She’s a great saleswoman and i highly recommend her especially for first time buyers!

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless It is truly warranted. With that said, I can honestly say Central Auto Group was one of the BEST car-buying experiences I have ever had. I typically do not like buying cars from dealerships anymore. Most car salespeople tend to be extremely pushy and belittling. I had a really bad experience with another dealership on the shoreline a few years ago, and vowed never to work with a dealership again, but my daughter found a car she really liked at a great price at Central Auto Group. We called about a used Mini Cooper, made an appointment for the same day, went in and started working with Kendra. From the moment my daughter and I walked in all the way to the moment we drove off of the lot, Kendra made both my daughter and I feel very comfortable. She was knowledgeable, personable, polite and by no means pushy. Everyone involved from Finance to the General Manager were absolutely fantastic and I cannot say enough nice things about them. Purchasing a vehicle is a very big decision and should not be a high-stress transaction. If you’re looking for a seamless experience with friendly people, then I highly recommend Central Auto Group!
