This is the way a car buying experience should be! Alex, Mark, Tom and the team at North End Mazda were courteous, friendly, communicative, transparent, and compassionate throughout the entire experience I had with them. I never felt sold to or pressured in any way. We even worked together digitally; no other dealer in the area seemed to embrace this fully, if they even bothered to follow up on my queries at all.
