I am annoying and needy, usually frantic and in a hurry and the staff is so kind to me. I literally needed help turning on my dash lights, how embarrassing, but the service manager helped me without showing how stupid I was. Not only that, but I had to call them because I couldn't even figure out how to get into the parking lot and they helped me navigate the construction over the phone. We recently came for an oil change and they were very kind to my three year old, we were happy to watch the soccer game and eat popcorn. It was a quick appointment and that little follow up video might feel corny but I did like it, made me feel like you guys did a thorough job and I am good to head out on a road trip. Thank you for dealing with me!!
