Went in for a key fob programming and cutting- left with 2 new fobs that worked and a new car. Friendly, professional, and expedited the process quickly. They are a hassle-free courteous dealership. They found me a fun, practical car with all the bells and whistles at a great interest rate and an additional warranty package that was sensible. Treated me like family.

Jose was great! He had to re-create my service order because what had been entered in the computer was not correct. He patiently re- worked the order and explained things to me as he went along. It's the first time in a long while that I felt like a service advisor there actually knew what he was doing. A VERY NICE CHANGE! It was an all day job and he called me several times during the day to keep me informed. Truly appreciated that because I come from Ritzville to have my car serviced. I've also had Esgar help me and he too is a good service advisor. I hope that both he and Jose are still there when I return. I do hope you value both or these men!!
