Buying my first new car at Sam Leman in Bloomington was an absolute dream! Every person I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly. My sales associate, Elizabeth O, was absolutely incredible to work with. She was the real reason that I purchased my new car. And did so with such ease and confidence! She was kind, knowledgeable, pleasant, 100% available and willing to assist me. She made herself available through email, phone, text, and in person. Her response time was impeccable and always super helpful. She was the exact opposite of the characteristic sleazy car salesman- she was a professional, completely honest, well informed, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I made the best decision for myself. She is a sales lady!! Having a woman in this position of sales really made me feel comfortable and willing to ask any silly questions that I likely would not have asked otherwise. I definitely respected and very much appreciated her attitude towards giving me the information I requested without being overly pushy. She checked in to make sure the situation was going smoothly and made me fully aware of the entire process along the way. Her incredibly patient, super pleasant and always happy demeanor was all part of the excellent experience that she provides. 10/10 I absolutely love my new RAV4 and wouldn’t be driving around in such luxury if it wasn’t for Elizabeth!!! Thank you, sincerely, for making this truly an adventure.

This is my second Toyota I have purchased from Sam Leman Toyota. My sales representative, Jason Goble, always goes above and beyond to assist me with the sale as well as answering any questions that may arise. His and the dealers reputation is well documented and earned. I know exactly where I will always go for my new or used car needs. I recently went in to buy a new Camry and worked with Jason & I could not have asked for a better experience. Jason was extremely nice, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable & he kept the process moving smoothly. This was my first time buying a new car so I wasn’t sure what to expect and I couldn’t be happier.
