It was in route when we first visited the website. They stayed in touch, and we got the call and bought it after the test drive. The transaction, always a lengthy process, was seamless. Always good service. You just need better deals. I was going to get buy 3 and get 1 free tire in April but Costco blew your special out of the water. All 4 tires with free tire rotation and free road side assistance for 300 bucks cheaper. Step it up.
