One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have experienced! The dealership responded immediately to my inquiry about a specific vehicle, scheduled a same day appointment for a test drive, had the vehicle waiting when we arrived and introduced us to our sales representative, Noel. What a pleasure he was to deal with. There was no pressure, all the information I needed was promptly provided and I ended up buying the car that day! From arrival to driving the car off the lot took about two hours, including two different test drives. Every detail of the vehicle was explained and there were many! So much technology to become familiar with. I got a fair price, no dealer mark-up and was able to find the exact car I was looking for! The finance person, Linda, was friendly and did not try to pressure me into extended warranties. She explained my options, but when I said “no thank you”, she respected my answer and we moved on through the process. I would highly recommend Toyota of Olympia! We drove from an hour away and it was worth the distance and our time. The dealership has many vehicles to choose from, the showroom is comfortable and clean. Big screen TV, food and drinks were available and again, friendly, no pressure service was what I appreciated most!

I went to Toyota of Olympia on a Sunday afternoon to look at a specific car. However when I got there someone else was looking at the car. So I walked around the lot. My fear when going to a dealership is fast talking, aggressive car salesmen, but that was not the case with this dealership. The first person I met was friendly, answered my questions, very pleasant. The second person that helped me was also pleasant and patient as I test drove a couple cars. If you’re a female looking for a car by yourself—fear not, based on my experience you won’t feel pressured here. The price of the vehicles are priced similarly to other dealerships in the area. I’m sure the mark up gives room for adjustments to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your final price. Good selection of used and new vehicles. Overall a good car shopping experience.

Cameron the salesman was awesome he was a former mechanic and knew a lot about each car. Super personal and not pushy. Didn’t show me anything out of my price range and only what I wanted to see. Ended up with a new Tundra absolutely love it! Thanks for making it so easy!
