Just had a wonderful experience at this dealership. First of all, the dealership is spacious, impeccable, with 2 levels of glass, with every convenience imaginable. They had snacks and refreshments available, beautiful restrooms, kids room, movie room, and a spacious coffee table approach to meeting with the perspective buyers. No formal desks with filing cabinets and doors. A relaxed approach was very evident. And, I have never been in a dealership so classy. My wife and I met with Mike Bowen because we were interested in experiencing a Lexus. Mike was absolutely terrific for us. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all our questions and allowed us a relaxing test drive in a vehicle in which we were interested. He encouraged us to really look the car over to make sure we were satisfied. When we sat down on one of the tables, Mike provided us with refreshments while he worked with the managers to provide a price for our vehicle and a price for the exact model of our choice. After a bit of negotiation, we came to an agreement that was fair to all, and also met with Tina Klein, General Sales Manager. Tina was friendly and chatted with us to make sure our experience was a good one. I had a lot more to share, but I am limited with review space, so I will conclude by saying it was a great experience, including financial terms and technical assistance! Update: October 2023 - Had my 3rd maintenance visit and, as usual , another excellent experience. Everyone is so nice, friendly, efficient, and professional. Our sales professional - and friend - Mike was there and as warm and friendly as always. Came over to say hello even though he was with a customer. And, as usual, Mike remembered us, our purchase experience, and our specific vehicle, even though it was a year and a half ago. The manager remembered us too, even though our meeting at the time of the sale was short. We brought our car in for maintenance and enjoyed looking around at the new cars, having some snacks and drinks, looking at the merchandise on display, and meeting many of the friendly and helpful staff at the dealership. By the way, they have stock, they were busy, AND they were not showing any "Market Adjustment" on their vehicles in the showroom!

If I could give my experience six stars, I would. Especially my salesman, Randy!! I came across a vehicle I was interested in via CarGurus and reached out directly to the dealership once I saw where the car was located. I live in north Georgia, and obviously the car is in Florida. I was assigned to Randy as my sales rep. Randy and I exchanged a few emails about the car, and then I provided my phone number to more easily get videos and photos of the vehicle. I had a laundry list of items that I asked Randy to check on this particular vehicle, as I had driven other examples of the same car, and none of them even came close to the one at TCL in terms of condition. Much to my suprise ( given my past experiences at other dealerships ) Randy promptly responded to my laundry list of questions with an extraordinarily detailed video and walk-around of the vehicle in question. At this point I had more or less made up my mind that I was purchasing that car. However, I still had to contend with actually getting down there to purchase the thing! Once all of that was sorted, and I put a deposit down on the car, I drove down with my signifigfant other and a friend to buy the car and drive it home. When I arrived at the dealership that Saturday morning, Randy was at the main entrance waiting for me! He immediately offered me and my guests some refreshments, and took me to see the vehicle, as I had requested the vehicle be "cold" when I arrived. It was parked in a sheltered lot, and I really could not believe my eyes when I saw how clean it was! It was EXACTLY how Randy had described it! I was thrilled to say the least! We test drove it, and I was sold. We went down to my nearest bank, and I got a cashier's check and paid for the vehicle. Throughout the whole process, Randy answered every single one of my highly technical questions, and even took me into the maintenance area to show me the oil drain and filter location on that model vehicle. If there was a question I had, he either had the answer himself, or went and found a technician who did have the answer. I was extremely impressed. It is so very rare to find someone like Randy who genuinely cares about their job and has his level of professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about him, to be honest! I told him that when it comes time for my significant other to buy a car, we would certainly be back to see him; no question ( even though it is 11 or so hours each way for me ) ! Randy is the kind of salesman that builds customers for life, no question! I will certainly be back to see him when it comes time for another vehicle! Thank you all again for all of your hard work and dedication!

Treasure Coast Lexus is the only dealership where the people really care about you and your needs. We have been going there for over 10 years and we just bought our 2nd Lexus from Randy. He is the most personable man and truly genuine. He won’t steer you wrong so definitely ask for him! The staff is the best!
