I have no idea how Joe pulled this deal off. Long story short, I purchased a black Lexus NX 450h+ 2 weeks ago. I had a hard time finding any 450h+ in the area. Was looking for white version. One was delivered and I asked Joe if I could trade vehicles, thinking no way, but never hurts to ask. Joe was able to put me into the white car with very little difference in payment and term. Beautiful car, very happy and appreciative to Joe for going the extra mile to get me into a car I was looking for.

Great experience at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. It was a straightforward no hassle experience. David Easterday was the Sales and Leasing consultant at this location, and he was very efficient, knowledgeable, and with good communication skills. He was prompt in all his email replies. We had certain requirements for the car that he made certain were met, and he was very patient with us over a span of 2 months. We also had good experience with Jayne Park - Certified delivery and Technology Specialist. She was very helpful in the final Tech set-up of the Lexus App and the car. Overall, entire staff was very friendly and Kind.
