I purchased a new 4Runner from Lynch after doing quite a bit of research over the last few months. In addition to beating the quote I received from another local Toyota dealer they also gave me more for my Corolla trade in. Chad walked me through all the new functionalities and buttons that my old Corolla wasn’t equipped with and the next day I thought of a few more questions that they answered promptly. He answered and clarified all our doubts before we decided to make a purchase.. the entire experience from selecting the model to finalizing the paperwork was seamless and enjoyable.. the car is exceeds my expectations in terms of performance, comfort and style. Alex was great to work with! Highly recommend. He and Lynch were the only dealership I could find that would order us a new Sienna for MSRP and the only dealership that agreed to order us the exact van we wanted without pressuring us for higher trim, extra features, etc. It was a great experience and the first time I felt I wasn’t being sold things I did not want or ask for at a dealership.
